Have you ever been in a contract and someone has asked you if you know anyone who could fill another contract on the project? We have all been there and recommended someone, and then wondered about the recruitment agent who is now getting a commission for sourcing the contractor you brought in.

Well now you can benefit properly from your recommendations. If you are the first person to tell us about an upcoming contractor position in your current placement and we place a candidate in that position then you will receive 25% of our agency fee for as long as the contractor is in role. If you recommend a person who is given the role then you will also receive 25% of our agency fee for the duration of that person's tenure in the role. So, if you tell us about the role and recommend the person who gets the role then you will, of course, receive 50% of our fee for the duration of that person's tenure in the role.

So keep your ears to the ground for any upcoming opportunities and you could be adding another income stream to your contractor business.

The more information you provide, the more likely it will be that we can find a suitable candidate and that you will be paid. We will pay you 25% of the agency fee for the duration of the contractor's time in the contract and a further 25% if you provide the successful candidate.
